Návrh projektu na chod farmy v ekologickém režimu hospodaření na vybrané lokalitě ČR

The main aim of the thesis is to propose, in concrete steps, the way in which an organic farm could be established and operated, taking into account resources available in a specific context. In the first part, the thesis presents a review of economic, social, technological, ecological, and political factors that should be taken into account when establishing an agricultural business subject operating in organic mode, including legislative context of organic agricultural production and other necessary prerequisites. In the second, applied part, the thesis presents a SWOT analysis and a technical-economic study. On this basis, the thesis proposes a concrete arrangement in which a farm could operate and assesses viability and business potential of such endeavor.
