Analýza faktorů ovlivňujících reprodukční vlastnosti nandu pampového

Focus of this diploma thesis is the analysis of partial influences having impact on the reproduction of Greater rhea. It captures a detailed description of the most common factors, such as housing, nourishment, season’s effect, climatic conditions, genetics and subsequent breeding of chickens. Included is an anatomical description of reproductive organs of both sexes and getting the reader acquainted with the social behavior of this animal. Thesis also consists of ethological observations of defined individuals with focus on the influence of the season on various daily activities. Finally, an analysis of the eggs is performed that includes the overall laying capabilities of the female, along with hatchability, fertilization and mortality of embryos. As an appendix of the diploma thesis you can find recommended precautions increasing the possibility to improve the level of reproduction for the breeders.

Využití jedlých květů, léčivých a kořeninových rostlin pro potřeby gastronomie

This thesis deals with the edible flowers, their contained substances and favourable influence on people. According to the fact that there exist a broad scale of edible plants and flowers, several of them were chosen for this thesis. Their characteristic and usage - not just in gastronomy - is described in a theoretical part. The theoretical part also includes further familiarisation with substances contained in the flowers, such as primary and secondary metabolites. In practical part, there are given examples of chosen restaurants, which are using edible flowers and products of them in their operation. The results of gauging the contained substances in individual plants are elaborated and graphically evaluated. There is also introduced an example of the popularization of chosen species at the occasion of an exhibition 'Sping on the plate' on Rybniční chateau in Lednice.

Rekonstrukce a revitalizace rekreačního prostoru autokempu

This bachelor thesis focuses on problems connected with recreation locations, concretely on a layout, which should improve conditions for the attendance with real sample of autocamp Obora on the Brno dam. The thesis is split into two parts. The theoretical part, which has the aim to work out a literal research dealing with problems of recreation and tourism. In the summary of this research is the term recreation involved into larger circles, that are hanging together with the evolution of society up to these days. Furthermore in the theoretical part there are terms involved, which are reflecting in the part of the layout and which are included in the making of a good quality area, which is keeping it's natural capital. The project part of the bachelor thesis is using the information from the literal part and this information is used for processing in the project. In wider context the model object is whole Brno dam and the attention is focused on autocamp Obora. In this area there are places located, for which the objective reconstruction is imagined, which can help to dulcify the area, to increase the visit rate and currently respect the natural potencial. The designed solution is supported by graphic enclosures which give us the idea of future conditions.
