The topic of Bachelor Dissertation is the cheating of student at secondary and grammar schools. We all know that cheating at school is a long time matter. Question is, how the teacher should solve this situation. Because every teacher experiences this phenomenon once in a while. The aim of theoretical part is to find out what the cheating is, to explain the cheating concepts and also the types of cheating. Second question is: who cheats? We know that the student of secondary and grammar schools are adolescents, it means, and that I will describe psychological development of adolescents. Next question is to find out what is the students reason to study (or not study). It means to explain the concept "motivation". The last aim of theoretical part is to describe the role of teacher. It means what teacher can do for students´ higher motivation to study and for better school attendance. It is motivation of students, their evaluation or punishment. Practical part is about how the teachers solve this negative effects. It is special analysis of questionnaires. Results will be described graphically. The main aims of this is to find out the behaviour of teachers in this situation, but also to recommend to future teachers how to behave in situation when the student is cheating.
