Measurement of basic parameters of gas filters

This master’s thesis deals with establishment of parameters of the PPI filter material using methods of image analysis. The first part is aimed at general methods used in practice, an overview of splitting into filter clasification and characterization of the PPI filter material. The second part represents an introduction to problems of machine vision. There are outlined basic methods of image processing. Last parts of the thesis study the method using detection of bright light levels. The measurement and interpretation of results is performed with the PPI material - types 10/6 and 10/12. For image processing is used the MATLAB program, version 7.0.1.

Limited Partnership

This rigorous thesis provides a comprehensive analysis of valid and effective legal regulation of limited partnership in the law of Czech Republic. In connection to the method of legal regulation of the limited partnership chosen by the legislator in the Czech Business Code, arise numerous open legal questions, in particular related to the analogous application of the legal regulation of unlimited partnership and liability limited company. By use of the relevant literature and case law, this rigorous thesis aims to identify such open questions and find satisfactory answers to them. After the chapter focused on the historical consequences of the limited partnership, following introductory chapters concern characteristic legal features of the limited partnership, its legal regulation and methods of establishment and legal constitution of limited partnership including the alternatives of the invalidity of the limited partnership declared by court. Further parts of this rigorous thesis are focused on the basic legal instruments of the limited partnership, i.e. contributions of partners, equity capital and shares of individual partners including the forms of disposition with such shares by means of their transfer, passing on and pledge.
