Sinumerik 840D sl. tools for programming of CNC machines
Mešina, Matej ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Polzer, Aleš (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design and production technology of the front hub for a mountain bike. The research focuses primarily on the various control systems of CNC machining apparatuses. The second chapter is devoted to the elemental differentiation of hubs, the concept of personal design of the hub, and the characteristics of the materials for its production and its verification using the FEM analysis. The third chapter deals with the design of a workpiece, instruments and the manufacturing process itself. The design of an NC program constructed in the SinuTrain 4.8. software is dealt with in the fourth chapter. The last part is devoted to the technical and economic evaluation of the proposed solution.
Dynamic Analysis of Selected Firing Mechanisms of Firearms
Mešina, Matej ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Slažanský, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis strives to evaluate the dynamic analysis of firing mechanisms of different types of firearms. In the present research is analyzed the matter of firearms and ammunitions, followed by the description of distribution of firearm mechanisms, as well as the detailed scrutiny of the initiation mechanism. The thesis also marginally explores the testing of primers. The last part of the research documents the possible solutions for the analyzed issues. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the geometry of firing mechanisms, followed by the description of the physical principles, which are relevant to this matter. Based on the analysis, a theoretical calculation of the initiation energies for all of the analyzed types of firearms is established. Lastly, the calculation of the initiation energy is calculated, and the security in secure firing of the bullet's primer is determined.
Production technology for selected mold part
Mešina, Matej ; Ohnišťová, Petra (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The primary concern to be dealt with within the framework of this bachelor thesis is the concept of the variant of production technology of the mold core. The work deals marginally with the wire electrical discharge machining. Second chapter is concerned with the analysis of current production technology. Two new variants of the production technology process are introduced in third and fourth chapter. The last part of this work is dedicated to the techno-economical assessment of the proposed variants
