The effect of the individual's personality on the emergence of burnout among nurses.

This thesis focuses on assessing whether the type of personality predisposes the formation of burnout of nurses. The work presents the problem of burnout (stage, symptoms, prevention). It also deals with the personality types and defines the profession and working skills of a nurse. The research part of the thesis seeks to determine whether certain personality type of nurses reports a higher tendency to develop the syndrome. The work also focuses on the findings of the highest presence of burnout among the nurses at different departments or sections of the hospital.
