Effect of nanoparticles on plant proteome

Nanomaterials are relatively "new" group of pollutants. Effective method used for decontamination of the environment can be phytoremediation which uses higher plants for biotransformation and accumulation of pollutants. The plant is suitable for phytoremediation when it can absorb, metabolize and store contaminants without significant impact on its metabolism. Influence on the function and construction of the plant can be detected at the proteome level. In this work, we observe the effect of copper oxide nanoparticles on plant proteome of Arabidopsis thaliana. The effect of standard copper oxide particles and copper sulfate ions was also studied in one-day and four-day period for comparison. The proteomes were compared and changes were analyzed by software PDQuest. Creating a Company Budget by Means of Traditional and Modern Method

This thesis was focused on creating a company budget. The theoretical part of the thesis was aimed at literary research of accounting, costing and creating of company budget, especially its modern methots to reduce of imperfection of traditional budget methods. Revenues and expenditures were subjected to analysis of percentage and annual percentage development. The elasticity and index were calculated as well for the period from 2010 to 2015. The budget was created by traditional budgeting met-hods by EBIT as a top indicator on 2016. The budget consist from sales and direct and indirect costs. In an effort to increase the company's performance were applied mo-dern methods beyond budgeting represented KPI indicators.

Financial Analysis of Ikea Czech Republic, Ltd

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the financial condition of the IKEA Czech Republic, Ltd. company during the years from 2010 until 2014. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first theoretical part, the methods and techniques of financial analysis are introduced and indicators are further described, and later applied in the second part. The financial health of the company is evaluated through absolute indicators (horizontal and vertical analysis), financial ratios (profitability, liquidity, activity and leverage) balance sheet rules and bankruptcy and credibility models. A comprehensive performance indicator EVA is used in the conclusion.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse and evaluate the financial situation of the company by means of horizontal and vertical analysis of accounting statements and by financial ratios for the period 2011 -- 2013. The results gained will be compared with measured values in the industry. Another task will be to ascertain shortages and make recommendations for the company.

The objective of the Bachelor's Thesis is the assessment of the financial health of the company Cellofoam CZ s.r.o. by means of the financial analysis from the point of view of an external user for the period of years 2009 -- 2013 and the comparison with a company having its business in the same branch. The first part of the work deals with the theoretical definition of the financial analysis. The second part includes the practical performance of the financial analysis of the company Cellofoam CZ s.r.o. and the comparative analysis with the company Sinfo spol. s r.o. The end of the Bachelor's Thesis contains the assessments and the recommendations for the company.

The Financial Evaluation of the Prezenta Czech, Ltd with a Proposal for Investment Realization

The aim of diploma thesis is to evaluate the activities of the company Prezenta Czech, s.r.o. and a draft investment realization. The evaluation of financial situation is done using selected indicators of financial analysis. It is obtained the real picture about the actual business of the company. Another goal of this work is to help partners company in the decision, which way directed the delivery of advertising and presentation systems, as currently solves the problem of poor quality supplies from China and the ever-lengthening delivery times. Therefore follows the decision to purchase a printer and method of financing.

Specifics of the Financial Situation of the selected Service Industries

The purpose of this thesis is to present the financial analysis as a system of both simple and sophisticated tools used for examining the financial health and condition of selected enterprises and apply them subsequently to the selected companies in the provision of fitness and body care services. The study analyzes not only the financial health of every single company, but also, based on its findings, investigates what they have in common and what is different. Measured data are interpreted in the specific context of the selected market segment and in case of identification of significant differences, these deviations are more analyzed.

Financial Analysis of a Firm Fruko-Schulz, Ltd with a Proposal for Investment Realization

Target of the thesis is to analyze the financial situation in Fruko - Schulz s.r.o. company by using selected indicators of financial analytics during 2008 - 2013 from the perspective of external analyst. By this, the image of current business is gained. In connection to the company's financial situation, the investment plan is evaluated according to the company's draft, which is being reviewed by the method of efficient investment. The investment project is remitted to the assessment of eligibility for gaining grants form EU structurals funds by means of feasibility study. The conclusion of this thesis summarizes gained konwledge and recommends to apply the demand for funding through grants. The result is to propose procedures and recommendations, which company could implement and improve its position on the market.
