Flashless forging of the shallow plate
Ležovič, Peter ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (advisor)
The project elaborated in frame of engineering studies submits suggestion for changes on technology of production of shallow plate forging. Based on literary pursuit of a problem of metalforming, specifically die forging, in order to save material, closed forging dies were designed for application in precise forging. Plate will be forged without changing machines, except changing dies and skipping flash cutting operation. Project contains drawings of designed dies and technical-economical estimation.
Influence of welding parameters (U,I)on metal transver during MIG/MAG welding of steel
Ležovič, Peter ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (referee) ; Daněk, Ladislav (advisor)
I was concerned about gas metal arc welding in atmosphere of inert or active gas. After basic characteristics of MIG/MAG welding process, forces affecting drop of metal are described. Then types of metal transition and summary of factors affecting shape and size of welding joint are explained. Last chapter describes results of experimental test and compares them to theoretical results expected.
