The thesis is prepared in the form of a literature search and is divided into a theoretical part and a special part. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the description of acquired brain injury, neurorehabilitation, care coordination process and outpatient form of rehabilitation, including its effectiveness, availability, and limitations. The special part is prepared in the form of a literature search (scoping review). The aim of the special part of the thesis is to design a program protocol primarily based on the mapping of available literature sources and the clinical reasoning of the author.
