Kubová, Barbora ; Jirsáková, Jitka (advisor) ; Nataša, Nataša (referee)
The bachelor´s thesis, titled Client Satisfaction with Group Exercise Instructors, studies the type of instructor clients are most satisfied with based on their opinions and attitudes. Quantitative research was used in this study. The research was undertaken throughout February and the beginning of March 2016 in selected institutions in Prague using a questionnaire. The respondents were adult participants of group exercises. The research analysis showed that the most important qualities of an instructor for the clients are the willingness to help and give advice, creating a positive atmosphere in the class, and practical demonstration and clear explanation of exercises. According to the clients, the instructors need not have adequate education, take care of their appearance or provide basic advice about healthy lifestyle.
