Quality control functions and tracing in the process of production of containers for brake fluid
Kubín, Jan ; Weber, Martin (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The content of this thesis is a theoretical description of quality control and tracking in discrete manufacturing, its use in making control concepts, specification of the hardware, description of the communication between the devices and the PLC, and the creation of the PLC control software used for the supervision and marking of containers for brake fluid. The last part of this thesis is the implementation of the created algorithms into a real device and subsequent commissioning of the entire control line.
Simulation of a technological process on PLC
Kubín, Jan ; Kordasová, Zdeňka (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this work is to prepare a workplace that would enable the staff to familiarize with new technologies, to familiarize them with new possibilities that modern management systems provide and teach them to operate the innovative control systems in a simulated process like if it were the real technology. The task was to prepare the simulation of the tools and technologies so that this program functioned as the true technology. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the basic theory regarding the means used to implement the simulation and description of simulated technology - the vertical mill KTM. The second part deals with the design and description of the simulations for which the program STEP 7 is used and for the visualization the program WinCC.
