Projection of software application supporting processes for small shop dealing with information technologies

The dissertation focuses on projection of information system supporting processes for small shop dealing with information technologies. The first part of the dissertation is concerned with the necessary theoretical base to this topic. In the second part, which is practical, is described the solved problem in detail using soft system methodology. It is also described how to choose the proper business form. Then this part considers a proposal of software application itself. Requirements on developed software can be found here and the main processes of the shop are mapped and decomposed.
