Condensing steam turbine
Krška, Jan ; Kracík, Petr (referee) ; Fiedler, Jan (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with the design of a condensing steam turbine for certain parameters. In the initial part of the thesis, a research on steam turbines and types of blading is carried out. The computational part of the thesis is divided into several subchapters which have been made into larger chapters. One of the chapters deals with the thermodynamic calculation of the flow section of a steam turbine for a clamp power of 5 MW, a speed of 11,000 min-1 and a pressure of 0,1 bar (a). The calculation has been optimized for several basic operating parameters that the steam boiler is capable of achieving with respect to the highest possible thermodynamic efficiency of the plant. The work includes the evaluation of the results in the form of a graph. After the calculations for all steam parameters have been performed, the point was selected which with it’s values meets the requirements for the highest thermodynamic efficiency. The optimum operating parameters of this turbine are such that the turbine at a nominal temperature of 490 °C and an operating pressure of 65 bar (a) achieves a clamp power of 5190,220 kW. The thermodynamic efficiency of the steam turbine is 85,07 % and the reheat factor is 1,0634. Subsequently, basic dimensioning calculations were performed. The calculations are followed by a chapter entitled discussion where some important steps are evaluated. The master’s thesis also contains an appendix. It is a conceptual longitudinal section of a steam turbine.
Production of steam turbine shaft
Krška, Jan ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The main aim of this bachelor thesis was to design the production of steam turbine shaft for machines tools that have „higher“ technical possibilies. Nowadays these „higher“ technical possibilities have machines which are controlled by computer, i.e. CNC machines. The introductory part of the thesis deals with steam turbines, including the steam turbine shaft. The following part of the thesis describes the production of this shaft on conventional machines. The production of the shaft includes, among other things, a technological procedure including used machines and tools. This is followed by a modern approach to production, using a CNC machine. The technological process is followed by the production of the shaft on reduced form. The final phase of the solution is devoted to technical-economic evaluation of the technology, including the financial aspects of the component and, last but not least, the impact of the technology on the environment. The final part of the thesis is extended by a discussion that evaluates this issue.
Residential Building
Krška, Jan ; Mazánek, Pavel (referee) ; Sukopová, Dáša (advisor)
Project documentation of residential building construction solves brickfull apartment building with four floors and one underground floor with technical storey with garage for 12 cars. There are 11 housing units for housing. In this project the emphasis is layed on the layout space arrangement in a compliance with consideration and assessment of stability of load bering structure, fire safety of the building, noise protection and energy saving demands. The construction will be implement on a plot č.649/20 registered in cadastral in Zdar nad Sazavou.
