Inclusive education from the teacher´s point of view

The bachelor thesis deals with inclusive education from the teacher's point of view. In the theoretical part, it is described the development of education - from the time of separation when students with any defect or problem segregate from others, to the concept of inclusion which tries to overcome this concept and turns it all. In particular, inclusive education is based on the idea of joint learning and inclusion. This is linked to the theme of individual plan, support measures, etc. In the practical part, a number of research questions are asked in the quantitative survey focusing on how teachers perceive inclusiveness in schools, its aspects and whether they are prepared with this concept work.

Factors for the success of the development strategy for rural microregions on the example of microregion Novostrašecko

The development strategy is one of the instruments supporting regional development of the territory and currently is being applied in most OECD countries. However, preparation and processing of a strategic document can not in itself. For the successful evaluation of a strategic document is essential the realization of its priorities and objectives. The presented work focuses on examining the factors that leads to the success of specific microregional strategies. The thesis discusses in detail the factors that can contribute to the successful fulfillment of the strategic plan and lead to the success of the development strategy and thus to the socio-economic position of the region where the strategy is implemented. The theoretical basis was tested on the example of two selected rural micro-regions. As a result of the work, it can be considered that the most significant impact on the success of the development strategy has a factor of human resources, which confirms one of the hypotheses stated. Another goalof the thesis is to find out how the municipal representatives and the chairman of the microregion perceives the success of the development strategy. New concepts in the care of the elderly: Validation by Naomi Feil, Psychobiography model by prof. Böhm, Sensory activation by Lohre Wehner

This bachelor´s work is theoretical and the aim is to describe new models and their relations to the clients and employees at the seniors´rest homes on the base of special literature and of experience from the professional schooling. The work contains the discussion comparing these models. By way of introduction I define the expressions of old age, aging process and their displays. Then I focus on description of seniors´ rest homes, on the related standards and on the employees of the helping professions. The last chapter is devoted to new conceptions of seniors´ care, which are e.g. Validations by Naomi Feil, Psychographical model by professor Böhm and Sensory activation by Lohre Wehner. This work means the help to understand these models and to show how to ease and improve the quality if clients´ lives. It could be very helpful for those who take care of the senior clients and who try to understand them.
