The aim is to calculate all the elements of the hydraulic system, piping design and the necessary drawings. The entire assembly consists of purchased parts from other manufacturers. Major oil tank and a safety catch tank is described in detail and will be made, not bought.

High Pressure Actuator of Valves for the Steam Turbine

A high-pressure actuator of regulatory valves of steam turbines is designed in this thesis. The first part of the thesis discusses different types of steam turbines and the alternatives of their regulation. In the second part, one particular arrangment, with directional control valve, double poppet valve and hydraulic curtain, is described. Technical documentation including the conceptual proposal, the choice of individual components and all calculations is the output of this thesis. Drawing documentation of the set and drawing documentation required for the construction of the hydraulic block is attached.

Aim of this thesis is construction design of hydraulic control speed close valve steam turbine. Thesis will be contain low pressure and high pressure variant. In a theoretical part will be describe types of steam turbines, speed close valves, basic terminology and description of control elements. There will be also designed hydraulic circuits and performed calculations of individual elements. Finally will be created construction design of low pressure variant.
