Title: Marketing Communication of TJ Spoje Praha Tennis Club. Goal: The aim of this thesis is to analyze current marketing communication and then suggest new marketing communication of the club for the year 2017. Methods: Methods of qualitative research (half-structured interview and non- structured observation) were used for the collection of information. Analysis of the club's internal documents was used as well as a method of quantitative research. Results: The plan of the club's marketing communication for the year 2017 is the main result of the work. Comparison of motor skills of basketball players across categories using the Illinois Agility Test

Title: Comparison of movement abilities of Basketball Players Across Categories Using the Illinois Agility Test. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to explore in depth the theory of movement abilities development in young athletes. Subsequently, through testing, it seeks to determine and compare the level of these abilities across basketball categories U14-U19. Methods: The research involved 58 players across different categories (U14- 15 players, U15- 14 players, U17- 15 players, U19- 15 players). The standardized Illinois agility test was used to obtain the necessary data. Results: The results of this study indicate that there are statistically significant differences in performance among the different age categories in the given motor skills test. Furthermore, all obtained results were compared with the normative values of the test used. We concluded that the results of 44 participating players were classified as average, 12 players as above average, and only 2 tested individuals performed at a below-average level. Title: The use of games in tennis training of children Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to categorize and analyze different types of tennis games depending on how these games are aimed at developing specific skills and abilities or other criteria, based on the introduction of games used in tennis preparation of younger school-age children. The work is intended to serve as a practical resource for current and future tennis coaches of young children. Methods: The thesis uses primarily theoretical approaches based on a critical study of literature sources in the fields of sport training, developmental psychology and issues of play in children. From these findings I selected appropriate games for my work. Results: As a result of this work, a stack of tennis games has been created, which are systematically categorized and recommended for further use, with an emphasis on fun and the right form of motivation for children. Conditioning training of babytenists

The submitted bachelor thesis is titled "Fitness Training for Junior Tennis Players." The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to create a fitness program based on the study of professional literature and previous experiences from qualified courses and studies at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport (FTVS). The fitness program was developed for a group of three boys and three girls, and its effectiveness was verified through pre-test and post-test measurements. Within this bachelor thesis, a qualitative method was utilized - testing according to the testing batteries of the Czech Tennis Association (ČTS) and the International Tennis Federation (ITF). The results were compared with the standards of the Czech Tennis Association and the German Tennis Association. It was found that the training program we created was effective in 9 out of 10 tests. One unsuccessful test concerned endurance and was created by the International Tennis Federation. Improvement in endurance test according to the Czech Tennis Association occurred in all children of the tested group. The program thus brought improvement in dynamic strength, speed abilities, coordination, flexibility, and endurance capabilities by 50%. Title: Anticipation and cues for anticipation from the perspective of female tennis players Objectives: The objective of this thesis is to determine what anticipatory sources and cues elite female tennis players perceive and consider when receiving serves, and subsequently compare these findings with the research results among elite male tennis players. Methods: In this thesis, qualitative research was utilized, specifically a case study. The research involved eight former or current elite female tennis players who ranked between 5th and 169th place on the WTA ranking, aged 18 to 39. Seven out of eight of these players are still active, with one serving as a coach who ended her active career one year ago. The research employed a guided interview method with seven questions for active players and eight questions for the coaching subject. The interviews were structured to last between 20 to 50 minutes depending on the depth of responses. Players extensively discussed anticipation in tennis serving and its application to returning. The second part of the research involved transcribing the interviews, coding, analysis, and comparison with the studies by Reischlová (2020) and Vernon et al. (2018). Incidence of injuries and their prevention in women's and men's futsal in the Czech Republic

Title: Incidence and Prevention of Injuries in Men's and Women's Futsal in the Czech Republic. Objectives: The aim of this study was to map the frequency of injuries among players in the First Futsal League for both men and women in the Czech Republic. To identify the most common types of injuries in this sport, the situations in which injuries occur, the length of recovery periods, and how players try to prevent these injuries. Methods: For the research, a non-standardized questionnaire with both closed and open-ended questions was created on survio.com. The questionnaire was sent electronically to 12 clubs in the First Futsal League for men and women. A total of 121 questionnaires were completed. Data processing was aquired by using Microsoft Excel. Results: The results showed that for both genders, the lower extremities were the most injured body parts (men 63.2%, women 71.4%). The ankle joint was the most frequently injured (40.7% men, 38.8% women), followed by thigh muscle injuries in men (37.0%) and bruises in women (31.3%). Thigh injuries were the third most common for women (26.9%). Selected Factors Affecting Libero Passing in Volleyball

Title: Selected Factors Affecting Libero Passing in Volleyball Objectives: The aims of my bachelor's thesis are to identify and analyze the key factors affecting libero passing in the Czech men's volleyball extraliga and to analyze the use of selected skills employed in passing within the context of training. Methods: As the research method in our work, we used an anonymous questionnaire, with liberos from teams in the "ČEZ Men's Extraliga" participating as respondents. A total of ten respondents participated in this questionnaire. For questions where respondents rated their answers on a scale, we used the calculation of arithmetic mean. We then compared and evaluated the data. Results: We found out which anticipatory sources are most and least used by players when receiving a serve. Specifically, the most commonly used sources include the toss by the serving player, their laterality, the run-up location, or the opponent's strategy and tactics. Conversely, the least used sources include the surface of the hall or the team's position in the standings. Title: Volleyball as a part of physical education at secondary schools Aims of work: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the issue of teaching volleyball in physical education lessons at secondary schools. In the theoretical part, the basic rules of volleyball, individual game activities, and game combinations and systems are described. The practical part focuses on mapping the scope and form of volleyball teaching at secondary schools. It also assesses the quality of school equipment for this game and the popularity of this sport among pupils. Methodology: To evaluate the teaching of volleyball at selected secondary schools, I used quantitative method. The data were collected through an online questionnaire from teachers teaching physical education at secondary schools. Results: To ensure better clarity, the collected data are presented using graphs and tables. Subsequently, the results are thoroughly evaluated in the discussion section. The conducted survey indicates that volleyball is included in the curriculum at all the surveyed schools, and that nearly all schools have sufficient equipment for the game. Selected somatic factors of elite tennis players

Title of the thesis: Selected somatic factors in elite male and female tennis players The goal of the thesis: The aim is to find out what trend - development tendency we observe in selected somatic factors of elite male and female tennis players in the period 2003-2023. The secondary aim is to find out what opinion tennis experts have on this issue. Method: To obtain the data, a mixed research consisting of quantitative and qualitative parts was chosen. The data in the quantitative part was processed based on descriptive statistics, as well as using regression analysis and statistical (ANOVA) and substantive significance (Cohen's d). Body height, weight and BMI were analyzed for males and body height for females. The qualitative part of the research was based on structured interviews with open- ended questions. Results: For the period between 2003-2023, the average body height for men was 187,8 cm and for women 175, 8 cm. The average body weight for men was 83,0 kg and BMI was 23,5. There was an increasing trend in the average bodyheight of men, with an increase of 5 cm when comparing 2003 and 2023. The average bodyweight of males has not show a significant upward trend but has instead decreased over the last five years to values comparable at the beginning of the period. The BMI of men has...
