The task of the assignment was to design and technological innovation center, which would enable small and medium-sized enterprises to introduce advanced technology competitive in the national and international scale. Used should be the transfer of technology from research and university institutes. In the context of Telč with its specific environment here, however, can not accommodate any activity. Therefore should be built in such building structures that allow for flexibility and change users, including variability in surface require for their production activities. The solution subject is new building of production halls. The building site is located in Telc, on sloping ground near the Třebíčská street. This is a one-story buildings that are build to each other in level , thus using gradient terrain. Administrative and office building has two floors and is located at the entrance to the complex. Around the buildings are paved parking areas, pedestrian areas and there are too green areas with trees allowing a short rest in the summer.

Urban concept of social center in residential complex Brno-Lesná

This thesis has been prepared as urban study of social center residential complex in Brno - Lesná. I tis a lociation which wasn´t copleted during the construction of settlements Lesná already been completed. The main objective of the study is to verify the territorial land use options that already has an earlier era of the proposed basic services and building structure and contains values that should be respected. The priority of the proposal was to amend the pedestrian routes territory and reach their easy access. It passes through the center of the site Okružní Street, which divides the northern and southern parts. Original Halasovo Square lies to the north of this large area. Therefore, it was due to the availability and optimization of facilities proposed new territory south sguare with commercial and cultural center. Furthermore solved territory is divided into four areas. Each of them are concentrated in the vicinity of some of the surviving buildings (preserved objects - Albert shop and pool together sports hall TJ Tesla Brno, Lesná Clinic, Lidl shop, building society as Vema). Proposal limits sports and recreational areas, and places new buildings for public facilities and housing.

Problems of anticoagulation therapy in terms of nurses and patients

This bachelor thesis deals with the use of oral anticoagulant drugs. It focuses primarily on issues of use in terms of patients and nurses. The aim of the work was to find patients' issues in taking oral anticoagulants and the ex-perience of nurses with complications of anticoagulation therapy. To achieve this goal, the empirical section was elaborated through a qualitative research survey conducted through semi-structured interviews with patients using anticoagulant medications and nurses working in outpatient or inpatient cardiology departments. Many surprising results were achieved by the research. The results demonstrated that nurses need to educate themselves about introducing new drugs. Further, nurses are not a primary source of information for the patient. They usually receive questions from pa-tients not explained to the doctor or necessary to repeat to patients. It has been found that nurses often do not encounter complications and have experienced more serious compli-cations only exceptionally. From interviews with patients, it was found that the most common complication they encountered was bleeding from Warfarin. The respondents did not notice any major problems for new oral anticoagulants. In addition, the patients are all informed in the course of the treatment, and each individual receives a variety of informa-tion. The research also demonstrates that patients are also interested in their treatment in-dividually, searching for information on the internet or sharing their experiences with each other. The research was further supplemented by a visit to a special coagulation clinic where the interview was conducted not only with the nurse but with the doctor. The bene-fit the clinic has for patients was presented. Clear material arose thanks to this bachelor thesis, where not only medical staff learned the biggest problems in taking oral anticoagulation therapy.
