Bachelor thesis is focused on analyzing the current production status of a specific hose clamps in the company NORMA Czech s.r.o. Hustopeče. The subsequent analysis of the status of the particular manufacturing sector has been proposed alternative solutions to the manufacturing process in order to increase production efficiency. The aim of this work is theoretical treatment of the issue in terms of production capabilities in order to reduce production times and costs for the production of clamps.
