This bachelor's thesis is primarily focused on cheating of high school students during exams by using electronic devices. Thanks to fast development of technologies and its accessibility among students and school, this trend of cheating during exams is nowadays becoming more popular. The first part of this thesis is a theoretical part in which we focus on characteristics of high school students, their motivation and also we define methods of cheating with electronic devices during exams. Here we also provide information about detection and prevention of this type of cheating. Information for the first part retrieved from the specialized literature will be analyzed and processed by using methods including comparison, synthesis and notes processing. The second part of this thesis is a practical part where we will reveal the main reasons of cheating during the exam and the most common types of exam cheating with electronic devices. In order to get the most accurate results, data from questionnaires answered by students from the Technical High School in Brno will be analyzed. Based on the findings, there will be provided conclusion as well as recommendations for pedagogical practice.
