Web-based tool for fast bacterial genotyping

This thesis is focused on creating algorithm for detection of chosen resistance and viru- lence genes. First part introduces genotyping methods and mentions their use, pros and cons. In the next part, some of bioinformatics tools that can be used for genotyping are presented. The practical part then uses these tools. Practical part is also focused on creating new web application capable of detecting virulence and resistance genes in bacteria as well as determining the sequence type.
