The Ways of Coping with Workload Used among Secondary School Teachers

The thesis is focused on the issue of teaching load and its management by teachers at the secondary schools. In the theoretical part, I have focused on the recording of the basic knowledge related to the subject of the work and selected research surveys. The practical part has been realized through quantitative methods as questionnaire survey done with teachers at secondary schools and training schools. The purpose of the investigation was to obtain information about the specific procedures of the teachers used in coping with the burden that they must face in the context of their profession.
