The subject of my thesis is to analyze incentive program and evaluation process in the company ČSOB a.s. The theoretical part presents and theoretical background of the issue. The practical part is focused on analyzing the current incentive program and evaluation process of employees. The last part is a presentation of possible recommendations that will lead to improve of both systems in the company.
Prevalence tasemnice Echinococcus multilocularis u lišek obecných ve vybraných okresech ČR

This thesis was focused on the parasite of the class of tapeworms of the genus Echinococcus. Taxonomy, history, life cycle, Echinococcus species, host specificity, patogenity and clinical symptoms as well as diagnostics and occurence in Europe, and last but not least, human infections were described. The practical part was focused on the detection of adult Echinococcus multilocula ris in the small intestine of red foxes (Vulpes vulpes) and determining the overall pre valence of occurence. All samples were examined microscopically during 2019 - 2021 at the State Veterinary Institute in Jihlava as a part of a project monitoring alveo coccosis disease funded by the State Veterinary Administration of the Czech Republic. This thesis demonstrated the occurence of E. multilocularis in the Czech Republic with a relatively high prevalence. Out of the total number of 867 samples taken from the gastrointestinal tract of foxes during a three-year investigation in selected districts, 309 positive specimens were detected, representing a prevalence of 35.6 %.

Cyber security and legislation of the Czech Republic

Contemporary society is increasingly influenced by computers and internet environment and it meets with issues related to cybercrime. There are already a number of laws, whether at EU or national governments, which are trying to reduce or prevent risks associated with hackers, cyber terrorism or any other illegal activities in cyberspace. Thesis "Cyber security and legislation of the Czech Republic", is divided into two main parts. In the first theoretical part, the reader apprise with cybercrime in general. You can read about methods of investigation, types of illegal activities and how to prevent such practices. The second part consists of an analysis of the current legislation of the Czech Republic, EU and Legislative intent of the law on cyber security. I will describe the bill, analyze and appraise its benefits to society. In conclusion of this thesis, I will summarize the achievement of results and objectives of the work.
Phonetics and fingerprints in criminology

In today's world biometrics are not only applied in the commercial sphere, but their technological advantages and opportunities permeate also into forensic practice. Some of them are even at such a high technological level, which can be used as the court evidence. The contribution of this work is in providing information and evaluation procedure for the extraction, identification or reliability of the tracks for forensic application. This work responds to the question of how to proceed in processing tracks and what can be read from it. After an introduction dealing with identity in general, the work follows in second part with two selected biometrics, which are analyze and evaluate from technological and forensic aspects.
