Basic game principles in physical game activities
KOTALÍK, Karel
The bachelor thesis initially summarises definitions and common attributes of games and subsequently further describes the composition of games, from which it establishes a definition of game principle as a basic unit in game mechanics that makes up a game. Then this thesis describes the game classification and summarizes basic game principles. From these principles, only the physical motion principle is then further studied, which is divided into motion game principles of II. class based on practical classification of game encyclopaedias. In the investigative part of this thesis, the results of the conducted research are summarised. The research was focused on establishing motion principles of III. class that stem from particular types of motion, and their involvement in studied games. Minor part of the research was aimed at comparing the published games with the ones created by students in scopes of game principles.
