KOCANDOVÁ, Pavlína
The main object of my bachelor work was to analyse supply of organic food in of gastronomy. Then also to prepare and accomplish market research in order to discovery supply in gastronomy through questionnaire survey. Theoretical part was devoted to theory, gathered from scholarly literature and other available sources. This part engaged organic food, introduced the notion of organic food and their labeling, their processing, storage, registration and transport. Furthermore this part was devoted to the organic farming, its objectives, control and certification and production. This part dealt with question of communal feeding and not at least definitions and theory of marketing research were explained. The empirical part presents results of own research, whose objective was to find out, if chosen establishments and facilities of gastronomy offer some organic food or not, which kind of organic food they prefer, which response of consumers they met or why they don{\crq}t offer biofoods. In that case, there was a question if they suppose to incorporate organic food to their offer in the future. Research was pursued in South Bohemia region (particularly in the area of České Budějovice and Třeboň) through a questionnaire survey, by manner of verbal and telephone surveying using method of accidental sampling.
