The goal of my bachelor thesis ,,The qualitative vesearch of integration strategies and methods related to children of different ethnic backgrounds used by kindergarten teachers" is to discover in what ways the multicultural education is applied in real life situations and to find out different pedagogical and didactical methods which kindergarten teachers use to integrate and to develop optimum relations, functional communication and tolerance among children. Another goal of the work is to broaden the insights into the issue of integration of foreign children to an ordinary classroom in Czech kindergartens. The research contributes to a better understanding of the importance of the integration models whose goal is to integrate immigrants into a new society in a way which would be the least stressful for an individual.
