Employee Remuneration in Selected Organisations

The diploma thesis is focused on employee remuneration in selected companies. The thesis is divided into two parts, which include theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is concentrated on literary research where the main topics are employee remuneration, wage systems and their forms, employee benefits including the most frequently used benefits by companies and current trends in benefits packages. The final chapter in the theoretical part is provided to describe the current situation on the labour market in the Life Science segment. The Life Science market is a specified industry that responds slowly on economics changes. The second part is focused on the analysis of wages for two positions: sales representative and service technicians and benefits analysis. The data was used for implementation of a situation improvement for distribution companies in medical devices. The contribution of this thesis is not only on focused companies but for every company have a business in medical devices technology and don´t have any information about the market situation. The goal of the thesis is alnalyse and evaluate the remuneration system in selected companies in pharmaceutical industry and to suggest possible improvments.
Information required for the packaging of food products

This bachelor thesis is focused on the information required for food product packaging. It is divided into two parts: theoretical; and methodology and research results. The theoretical part deals with consumer protection and details pertinent legislation. In addition, the study outlines the effects on product safety of government and watchdog organizations. The final part deals with compulsory information on food labels. The main part focuses on packaging products, packaging products which label is smaller than 80 cm2 and unpacking products. The main aim of this work is to research consumer awareness of information required on food product labels. Furthermore, it also proposes ways in which the issue could be improved. The research was investigated the questionnaire and individual interview. The goal of the questionnaire is to confirm or disprove the hypothesis. The hypothesis is focused on the respondents' knowledge of compulsory information on food packing labels.
