Tasks of nurses in patient with electroconvulsive therapy

The aim of this thesis is to summarise the current state of communication between health staff and patients with Alzheimer's disease and find out which problems appear in this communication. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part summarises what is known about Alzheimer's disease - etiology, stages of disease, symptoms, diagnostic and therapy. It also describes the 2 basis types of communication verbal and non-verbal, and of course about importance and purpose of communication. Last but not least, it deals with correct communication with patients with Alzheimer's disease. The practical part is consisted of a description of research method and research group, analysis of results and final discussion. We asked 6 research questions to achieve the aims, which was answered by using qualitative research through semi-structured interviews. It was find out that nurses adhere to principles of communication with patient with Alzheimer's disease and they do use elements of different therapeutic approaches. Unfortunately, they have some reserves in communication with families of patients and in cooperation with support organizations. The biggest communication barriers are disorientation, anxiety and aggressive behaviour towards nurses. They also must deal with their feelings of exhaustion and moodiness most of them consider communication to be psychically demanding. With this bachelor thesis was created a manual that contains basic principles of communication with person with Alzheimer's disease. The manual is intended for health staff and families of patients and it also contains a list of support organizations.

Czech painter Stanislav Podhrázský: The slave of mystery

Ideu diplomové práce o Stanislavu Podhrázském předcházela nabídka zpracovat soupis děl pro umělcovu monografii, kterou se rozhodlo vydat nakladatelství Arbor vitae. Krátce na to - v srpnu 2005, jsem se na festivalu výtvarného umění Artfest.cz pořádaném Galerií Klatovy/Klenová seznámila s majitelem nakladatelství Martinem Součkem a historikem umění Dušanem Brozmanem, kteří mi následně usnadnili cestu k seznámení se s umělcovou dcerou Janou Chytilovou a jeho druhou ženou Jaroslavou Podhrázskou, která svého budoucího manžela poznala v roce 1962. Paní Podhrázská mě pak zavedla k soukromému sběrateli Pavlu Hoffmannovi, rodinnému příteli, který ve své sbírce vlastní zhruba tři desítky umělcových děl - od velkoformátových kreseb z druhé poloviny padesátých let po novoročenky s věnováním. V nedávné době inicioval i realizaci pískovcové sochy, která je kopií bronzové plastiky Šermíř [75] z roku 1964. Řadu materiálu ke vzniku diplomové práce, jako jsou diapozitivy a fotografie obrazů, ale i fotografie rodinného rázu a některé katalogy z výstav Stanislava Podhrázského, mi poskytla umělcova dcera a paní Podhrázská, která mě také o umělcově životě vyprávěla.

Types of businesses in the Czech republic - legal and economic aspects

The thesis deals with business activities led by individuals or partners in companies and corporations, and franchise business. The theoretical part of the work is to describe and compare the different legal forms with respect to legal and economic aspects. Another aim is to describe the development of franchise business in the Czech Republic and to characterize the various terms associated with franchising. The aim of the practical part is to show the example of the Czech company, which is a gastronomic concept of restaurants Lokál, how a franchise system is created in the Czech Republic.
