Gender roles in Army of Czech republic

The aim of this bachelor thesis is gender role in Czech Army. It is divided to theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is based on professional literature, where it deals with concepts of gender on basic psychological level, gender roles, gender identity and its theory and gender stereotypes. It deals with equality of men and women in European Union and Czech Republic. It also describes gender discrimination. In the endof theoreical part, it deals with equality of men and women in Czech Army. Practical part is made by qualitatively oriented investigation, which is based on comprehensive interviews with military personal, which brings insight to problematice of gender role and also situation of men and women of Czech Army.

(English version) Title: Organization of Czech Cup in Wheelchair Athletic's competiton in 2009 Objectives: The objective of my dissertation is a detailed management analysis of the sport event Czech Cup in Wheelchair Athletics in 2009, description of evolution of this competition and showcase the strengths and weaknesses with the creation of proposals for improvement. Methods: For reaching the objectives I have chosen a SWOT analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, interview and also trends analysis. Results: The dissertation describes the development of sports event for disabled and shows possibilities how to organize this sport event more effectively for the next years.
