The specific standards have been identified which cover the facilities and equipment of modern stables of the 21st century. A brief introduction outlines the possibilities of acquiring a horse with a detailed focus towards their breeding. The issue of reproduction technology is mentioned combined with research into major reproductive stations. A financial analysis follows looking at the selected riding stable Picadero, s.r.o., which demonstrates horse breeding in the modern area. The results of the findings allowed recommendations for improvements to be made. Furthermore, over the 18 month, observing one case of horses reproduction in practice precisely are calculated costs of a foal. The final task throughout the project was producing a questionnaire, which gathered enough data to effectively analyse the economic strength of both horse owners or riders.
