Návrh systému řízení zásob v dřevařském podniku

In the first part of the thesis, the importance of supplies for the company is described in the literature. Supplies classification, supplies management approaches, supplies-related costs and are briefly described warehouses and storage activities. In the practical part, a simple financial analysis of the selected company is made. In addition, there are described the impacts of obtaining supplies in a woodworking enterprise. Based on the data obtained from the company, an economical order quantity optimization model for items in the log stock is compiled. In conclusion, the findings are summed up and possible recommendations for the company are made.
