Assessment of aromatic compounds of plant origin in foods

The aroma compounds suitable for food flavouring are mainly of plant origin. It is necessary to take into account the possible allergic effects of some of them. The theoretic part of this thesis is focused on aroma compounds and their biological effects. It also describes methods useful for their isolation and analysis with a nearer intent on the methods used in this thesis - solid phase microextraction and gas chromatography. The aim of the experimental part was to establish, optimise and validate the method for determination of allergic aroma compounds chosen and subsequently to enable its using in wide spectrum of food and other products.

Nurse education in Czech republic and in Switzerland

The aim of this bachelor work is to compare the quality, the level and the system of the nurse education in Czech republic and in Switzerland. In the theoretic part is described the graduate end continual education for this profession, its history, ways of control of the education and the system of the mutual recognition. The research part of this work is concerned with the evaluation and interpretation of the results acquired in the opinion poll among czech and swiss students and nurses. Further is separately discussed the opinion of expert teachers.

Krajinné plánování v České republice a jeho perspektiva

The work is focused to the landscape ecological analysis of territory township Svitávka. That analysis deals with the primary, secondary and tertiary structure of the investigated territory. The elaboration of analysis helps to identify value and potential of the territory of the township called Svitávka. The base of the questionnaire results called The Vision of the Township Development were created own suggestions. The own suggestions were created because of the questionnaire results.

Strategická analýza obce Svitávka

The paper deals with strategic analysis of municipality Svitávka. The main goal was proposing full plan of strategic development of municipality. The strategic plan was based on the situation analysis of the municipality, SWOT analysis and analysis of the municipality budget. The SWOT analysis was based on questionnaire survey. Based on the results of analyzes was established goals, priorities and measures. Then there was created proposal of the new strategic plan for the period 2020 – 2028. The priorities of municipality development that were chosen are Transport, Technical Infrastructure, Quality of populations services and Tourism, Sport, Culture and Recreation. There was also created the action plan with connection to strategic plan for the period from 2020 to the end of year 2021.
