	Komunitní rozvojový plán - teorie a praxe Janová, Kristýna This diploma thesis is called The Community Development Plan - Theory and Practice. In its application part it discusses proposal of a community plan - The Municipal Development Programme with involvement of the general public. This development document was updated for a small municipality of Rohy in the Highlands region. The main aim was to gather complex characteristics of the municipality, including a SWOT analysis, and to verify the needs of residents in the form of a questionnaire and interviews. The questionnaire survey and interviews are included. Next, the updating of Rohy Municipality Development Programme is proposed. In the methodical section, methods used for processing of the municipality development programme and questionnaire survey methods are discussed. Collection and evaluation of information gathered from Rohy municipality inhabitants took place in early 2016. The proposed development document could be a useful and helpful tool for development priorities planning of the municipality in future. Detailed record
