System of Care after Traumatic Brain Injury - Problems in the Czech Republic: Current Dilemmas and Challanges.

Aims: To introduce the field of traumatic brain injury (TBI) focusing on the consequences that may be caused by the injury; to give comprehensive information about the organisation and characteristics of a system of care and rehabilitation, to analyse the main problems of the Czech system of care and rehabilitation as perceived by its key actors - people after brain injury and experts. Methods: Quantitative and qualitative research using structured questionnaire, methods of public policy analysis (analysis of documents, problem modelling) Results: The research indicates that due to the Czech care system, people, who have suffered brain injury, struggle with many problems related to the accessibility of individual rehabilitation modules and other social services. Areas difficult to access appear mostly in neuropsychological rehabilitation, speech therapy, special education, end especially social and vocational rehabilitation. Regarding social services, respondents stated that especially difficult to access are supported living and supported employment programmes. An important factor is also the access to the support, which enables an independent life without family support, and how this influences overall life satisfaction. Elderly activization through social services system

The bachelor thesis deals with the activization of seniors in the system of social services. It focuses on issues in providing of activization services from the point of view of their providers. The key aim of the work is to discover and identify the main problems or weaknesses with strengths, opportunities and threats in the providing of social activization services for the elderly on the example of the Ústí Region. This issue is examined, in the work, on the basis of research interviews with providers of activization services for the elderly, further interviews with two experts at local and regional level. These data are compared and linked to data from relevant public policy documents dedicated to the area of the region and also to documents devoted generally to this issue at national level. This work is based on the theoretical and value points, namely the quality of life, active ageing, public policy cycle with a focus on the evaluation phase and ways of activization of seniors. Results from the Ústí Region clearly summarizes the SWOT analysis, which means that it finds not only gaps in providing of social activization services for the elderly but found strengths in providing of these services stand in contrast, too. Marketingová komunikace ve farmaceutickém průmyslu

Účelem diplomové práce je v teoretické části představit jednotlivé atributy marketingové komunikace, jako části marketingového mixu a to zejména pak ve vztahu ke specifické oblasti farmaceutického průmyslu. V praktické části pak bude zaměřena na systémové vztahy mezi farmaceutickou branží a zdravotnickými zařízeními, včetně etických aspektů reklamy/propagace v prostředí České republiky.
