The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the influence of reproductive indicators on the economy of cows depending on the 1st calving of heifers. In the set of cows were comapred the costs of heifers rearing up to 1st calving, longevity costs, sales and costs of weaned calves, and complete result of economy in the groups.

Aberdeen Angus is the most prevalent beef breed on the World and the second in the Czech Republic. The features of the breed are early maturity, very strong mothering instinct, resilience and flexibility. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to compare the fertility indicators and growth ability of calves depending on the age of heifers' first calving. The biggest group of heifers of period from 2003 to 2015 were calved up to the age of 28 months, the total number of 53 % (3 375 pcs). Followed by group over 36 month in which 24 % heifers (1 542 pcs) calved. The least common group were heifers who firstly calved at the age of 28 36 months, total of 23 % (1 450 pcs). The lowest longevity was indicated at the age of 6.24 years in the group up to 28 months. The longest longevity was reached by cows from group over 36 months with the average age of 7.7 years. The best results of calving interval were represented by cows calved up to the age of 28 months. The difference between groups in case of live weight and a height at cross was proved as statistically highly significant (p < 0.001). The avere number of calves was highest within the group firstly calved up to 28 months, 3.92 pcs. The lowest number of calves 3.39 was registered within the group over 36 months. The average count of stillborn calves was 4.59 %, for the heifers it was 7.28 %. The highest number of stillborn calves was within the group of 28 months represented by 5.10 % and for heifers 8.29 %. Statistically highly significant difference was found in the birth weight of calves. The highest difference within the weight of 365 days old calves was 42.1 kg between the group up to 28 months and the group over 36 months in behalf of the group up to 28 months.
