Educational programs for the Archevita exhibition in Central Bohemian Museum in Roztoky near Prague

The diploma thesis focuses on a museum education. The aim is to create and test its own proposals for educational programs in the Central Bohemian Museum of Roztoky near Prague. The diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of the museum and examines the components of museum education such as teaching methods and organizational forms of teaching. It also deals with education and presentation of archaeological cultural heritage and describes education in the Central Bohemian Museum of Roztoky near Prague. The practical part focuses on the creation of two educational programs that follow the defined theoretical principles of the first part of the work. The educational programs are intended for pupils of the sixth grade of of primary school and are implemented in the exhibition Archevita - Footprints of Ages focused on the prehistoric period. The thesis describes the creation of both programs, the definition of the target group, the description of individual activities, records and evaluates their progress. Feedback from pupils, their teachers and the educator of the Roztoky museum is used to evaluate each program. SWOT analýza vybrané obchodní společnosti

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the execution and evaluation of a SWOT analysis of selected business company. In the theoretical part, basic terms in the field of business are explained and possible types of legal forms are listed. Furthermore, information related to partial strategic analyzes of the environment is summarized here and a SWOT analysis is described in detail, where the essence, individual components and creation are explained. In the practical part, a selected business company is presented and characterized, on which a SWOT analysis is prepared. The SWOT analysis is created based on the summarization of key factors from the results of the STEP analysis, the Porter model and the analysis of results in individual functional areas. The conclusion of the thesis is an evaluation of a strategy based on a SWOT analysis and a recommendation of the most advantageous strategic alternatives for the development of the chosen business company.

Bank guarantee

This thesis deals mostly with regulation of bank guarantee in Czech law, as well as with regulation on international level. The main aim of this work is to provide a complete perspective on bank guarantee, definition of its typical elements and its subjects and relations between the subjects, and to make classification of different kinds of bank guarantees. The work is divided into 12 main chapters and a great number of subchapters. Chapter one deals with a risk that is closely connected with bank guarantee, as bank guarantee is mostly used to secure risks. Chapter two is dedicated to historical development of bank guarantee and to previous regulation in the Code of International Business. Chapter three is focused on legislation of bank guarantee both in the Commercial Code and in other laws that regulate its use in the Czech Republic. This chapter is also concerned with the international law - mostly rules issued by the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris. Chapter four is mostly focused on characteristics of essential elements of bank guarantee, its differences from guarantee and its practical use.
