Stabilizing function and elasticity of muscle tissue and their possible effect on acute and chronical injuries of lower back and lower limbs in football
JŮN, Pavel
This bachelor thesis deals with the problems of stabilizing function and elasticity of lower limb muscles and their possible relationship to acute and chronical disorders of a lower back and lower limbs in football. The thesis is divided into two main parts. In the first part of the thesis theoretical knowledge about connective tissues, articular and muscle system as the components of the muscular sytem with the emphasis on its stabilizing function are described. In this theoretical part terms connected with ability to create and keep the stability of the body or its individual segments during the influence of external power are also defined. The most common injuries of the lower limbs during football playing are also described as same as mechanism of their origin. Possibilities of physioteraphy as possible prevention of particular types of injuries. The second practical part is worked out on the basis of modified kinesiologic analysis performed at selected players of football club TJ Sokol Černovice. Research sample is characterised here and the reasons why this sample was chosen are explained here. For the research itself anamnestic data were taken by the form of interview. After that aspection examination took place. Then the probands went through the line of the tests which invetigated the state of shoretning of the key muscles groups and their stabilizing function. According to above mentined components of investigation the final modified kinesiologic analysis was done. On the basis of in advance created subjective range which was definied by the therapist final evalution was set. Data gained during this analysis were compared with obtained anamnestic data. The aim of the thesis was to find out how much the quality of torso stabilizers and lower limbs together with the elasticity of lower limbs can be connected with the amount of injuries and with myofascial pain syndroms of a back and lower limbs. On the basis of ascertained data we can presume that insufficient stabilizing function and shortening of lower limbs muscles can be connected with the amount of injuries and myofascial pain syndromes.
