Options of application project management principles in the Czech civil sector

Dissertation discusses the manners and principles of fundraising for non-profit organizations that are funded only from national and European resources. The purpose of this dissertation is to highlight existing principles of project management in organizations that systematically receive free financial and non-financial resources. The theoretical part describes the basic terminology for NGOs, ways of fundraising and communication inside and outside the organization. Also are named various concepts, principles, and project management life cycle. The last theoretical part is devoted to methods of project management that facilitate and improve the efficiency. Theoretical explanation of the issue creates a basis for research whose aim is the analysis of project management principles used in obtaining free resources in NGOs. Research is carried out in organizations that receive assets from other than just government and European resources. Dissertation provides a detailed description of fundraising in NGOs, foundations and theoretical comparison of the information gathered. A separate section is devoted to the project discovered principles that contribute to the success of polled organizations in obtaining available resources. The work is intended for non-profit organizations that have little or no experience of acquiring free assets for other than state or European sources. Publications can also be used as an inspiration and source of information for students of related disciplines and other interested parties.

Analyse the social services financing from the region

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the social services financing from the region point of view. Considering to the wide topic the thesis is focused on allowance organizations which are mostly founded by the regions for this purpose. Allowance organization as a provider of social services, must be in accordance with the specific law because the social services comes under the public services as it is written in the thesis. This fact namely influences financing in this area thereby economy and allowance organization function. The whole system is difficult because of many things takes a part here the fact that allowance organizations are influence by its activities but also it is their legal form. In the theoretical part these facts are brought closer which leads to comprehensive and systematic understanding of the application part - which is understanding of the system where regions provides through its allowance organizations social services. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze providing of the social services on the real example and show the problems which providing of the social services brings. This thesis could work as a white-paper for improving and finding better ways namely of financing social services. The conclusion of this thesis is basically a summary of gained findings which are showing that there is a lot of to do and think about in area of social services.

Analysis of the Economic Management of the Contributory Organization in the Health Sector

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat a následně zhodnotit finanční hospodaření Zdravotnické záchranné služby, příspěvkové organizace. Dalším cílem je analýza a zhodnocení hospodaření peněžních fondů v rámci oblastního střediska ZZS v Teplicích. První část práce je zaměřena na veřejný sektor obecně se zdůrazněním problematiky dosahování efektivnosti a kvality řízení ve veřejném sektoru. Dále obsahuje úvod do obecné problematiky hospodaření příspěvkových organizací. Druhá část je analytická, zaměřená na zvolené cíle. V rámci druhé části se věnuji finanční kontrole ve veřejné správě, veřejnosprávním kontrolám a auditu ve Zdravotnické záchranné službě, příspěvkové organizaci.
