Proposal for Picking Materiál in the Warehouse

In this thesis, there is processed optimalization of production in conveyor-belt system. Purpose of this work was to evaluate functioning of the company and design changes to make production more effective. There are mentioned details about placement of workstations and material. New layout of storehouse is the main output of this work. We tested designed changes with use of „workstations placement“ methods. In our case, we used Sankey´s diagram which takes into account intensity of material flow. The application of the results from this thesis would be asset for this company because the safe of the time would be significant.
