Balancing of 3-cylinder Tractor Engine
Přeslička, Jaroslav ; Hrdlička, Zdeněk (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
The thesis deals with analysis of balancing of given cranktrain. At the introductory part is solved kinematics of the crank mechanism. Another part of the text occupies with dynamics of the crank mechanism and eventuality of its balancing with using of point-mass model. This simplified model is utilized for analytic solution of given mechanism. Results of analytic solution are compared with results of MBS solution. At the last part is done analysis of minimal distance between the selected parts of the mechanism. Then simple optimization of balancing is done. At the end is considered balancing of the mechanism and simple improvement is proposed, considered are results of minimal distance analysis too.
Design Study of SCR Parts Placement on Tractor with Stress-strain Analysis of Determined Components
Polnický, Václav ; Hrdlička, Zdeněk (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with the exhaust system able to pass emission restrictions Stage IV. How emissions are produced as well as how could be minimized is described. Analysis of components lay out necessary to AdBlue injection is mentioned. Main part of this paper handle with given design of exhaust system combining diesel particulate filter, as well as filters required to reduce nitrogen oxides. Strength analysis covering vibrations, welds, fatigue and life is concluded. Thesis is made for Zetor Tractors a.s. purposes.
Torsional Vibration of Three Cylinder Engine with Balancing Shaft
Jurík, Juraj ; Hrdlička, Zdeněk (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
Content of this master thesis is analysis of torsional vibration of the three cylinder engine with balancing shaft. In theoretical part of the thesis the kinematic and dynamic description of the cranktrain mechanism is included. The formation of unbalancing of the engine and methods of balancing are described in the theoretical part as well. In practical part of the thesis the analytical calculation of torsional vibration is provided. Simulation of the engine model in multibody software Adams/Engine was used as the other way of torsional vibration analysis. In the result part of the thesis the comparison of the both way of analysis were discussed. Last step of the thesis was design proposal of the torsional vibration damper done by the analytical calculation.
The Company Performance Measurement
Koběrská, Simona ; Hrdlička, Zdeněk (referee) ; Bartoš, Vojtěch (advisor)
The presented thesis is focused on the evaluation of the company’s performance using Balanced Scorecard method. The theoretical part introduces the system of the performance measurement and theoretical knowledge from literature to which the next sections refer. The analytical part is addressed to the introduction of the chosen company, its activities, situation and financial analysis. The outputs of these analyses are becoming the background material for the proposal section which deals with the implementation of Balanced Scorecard to the analysed company for the purpose of increasing its performance and ensuring the subsequent development.
Stress-strain Analysis of Balancing Shaft Support
Král, Martin ; Hrdlička, Zdeněk (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
Subject of this master's thesis is to design a control screw connection balance mass and shaft. It is the task of the stress - strain analysis balancer shaft in the FEM system, evaluation of the obtained results and possible design modifications.
