Management of the nursing care quality

The aim of the study was to determine what proportion of nurses on the continuous improvement of quality of nursing care in a medical facility IKEM. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the quality of health care and how you can control. A separate section is devoted to system models, the quality and the quality of nursing care. The empirical part discusses nurses' opinions of continuous quality improvement. The method used to implement the survey questionnaires were our own design. Research sample consisted of 84 nurses' hospital IKEM. The exploratory survey showed that nurses participating in the process of continuous quality improvement, well aware of the importance and benefits of standardization of nursing care. Have feedback on the quality of care provided, which can enable them further improvement. Nurses in the hospital IKEM are interested in the issue of continuous quality improvement. For the future it is important to involve the largest possible number of nurses in the process of continuous quality improvement. Only then can we achieve improvement of nursing care.
