The profile of rapist is analysed as person who is causing the violence, as well as the profile of battered women and process of cycle of violence with its results for example the syndrome of battered women. The theoretical part also shows possibilities of intervention in case of discovering domestic violence, also possibilities of following care about domestic victim and protection of her and her children.
