Analýza časových řad průtoků ve vybrané oblasti
HOCH, Tomáš
This diploma thesis deals with the methods used for flow measurement and their subsequent evaluation. The literature research describes basic hydrological concepts related to watersheds and runoff. The next chapter describes the methods used to measure and determine the flow of water flow rates. In the last part of the literature research, methods for evaluating time series are presented which are used to determine characteristics trends and oother statistics related to watershed and flow. This is fallowed by a practical part in which the investigated watersheds are described. Data on flows and precipitation are processed for each basin which are evaluated in the next section using selected methods. The results of these analyzes are subsequently described, compared with other researches and the possible causes of the changes that occurred are explained.
Měření průtoků a metody hodnocení časových řad průtoků
HOCH, Tomáš
This bachelor thesis deals with the methods that are used to measure water flows. The literature research describes the methods that are commonly used and for each is written a measurement procedure, according to which we find the required water flow. In addition, some of the methods for evaluating hydrological time series are described, which are used to obtain important information about the water stream and its water regime. Following practical part describes the selected rivar basin and changes in the landscape that occurred there after 1989. For selected river basin are measured daily flows via selected methods evaluated and then monitored progress and changes in the discharge regime of the basin. These changes are graphically recorded and the reasons that caused them are described.
Separatism in the post-Soviet space: Analysis and comparison of cases Transnistria and Abkhazia
Michalec, Petr ; Dostál, Petr (advisor) ; Hoch, Tomáš (referee)
The topic of this thesis is a comparation of separatist tendencies of Transnistria in Moldova with Abkhazia in Georgia in the post-Soviet space. From the point of view of separatism in these de facto government departments the focus of this work is not only on the current sate and development. Motives and historical traumas are shown and reflected in today's context because understanding of history is the key for present explanation. It seems that the situation in both areas is similar, but explanations and reasons for secession are in some points different. However, comparation and explanation of the different aspects of the development is the basis to understand the past, present and future state in Transnistria and Abkhazia not only in terms of separatism, but also locally-political, geo-political and socio- economic progress or stagnation. Key words: Moldova, Transnistira, Gruzia, Abkhazia, separatism, Russia, Soviet Union, soviet heritage, European Union, secession
Principals and practices present a web application development - implementation of web platform for the creation educative courses
Hoch, Tomáš ; Stanovská, Iva (advisor) ; Oliva, Petr (referee)
This thesis deals with all web application development phases, analyses key activities and common issues of each phase and shows suitable principals and practices used to solve those issues. Described principals and practices do not only solve partial development problems just as isolated segments, but also takes into account overall web application solution. This thesis targets mostly junior developers, who through it might connect to their theoretical knowledge gained during studies and also gain knowledge representing the base knowledge of each developer. This thesis includes examples, findings and benefits resulting from an application of stated principals and practices during Leduvio platform development.
Web collaboration tool
Hoch, Tomáš ; Sklenák, Vilém (advisor) ; Chudán, David (referee)
The main goal of this thesis is to develop a web application for teamwork support. The thesis deals not only with writing of source code but also with all usual phases of software development. The first phase starts with a general view of groupware-type application. Another part of this phase is research of available applications of this type and finally the requirements for developing such application are specified. The next phase suggests a solution which aims to formulate the most accurate specific requirements for the final application, using several models. The thesis then deals with realization of the suggested solution and eventually the application is created. The last phase is devoted to testing of the application and verification if the required result was achieved
