Driver Fatigue Monitor
Hošek, Roman ; Číka, Petr (referee) ; Beneš, Radek (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the options of image processing on mobile platforms, especially on Android operating system, and their use in a driver drowsiness detection system. The introductory part analyses the influence of drowsiness on drivers, focusing chiefly on the microsleep, and describes the already existing driver drowsiness detection systems. The thesis proceeds by the description of possibilities of image processing on mobile platforms with the emphasis on Android operating system together with the OpenCV library, known from the desktop interface. This is followed by comparison of various options of library implementation on a mobile platform. The chapter on image processing describes the algorithms for the detection of objects in the image, usable for detection of face, eyes and their posture. The practical part implements the selected methods for the Android operating system. A referential application was created to provide an explanatory demonstration of these methods on a real device. The individual methods are compared on the basis of time consumption, error rate and other factors.
Management of apache aplication with web GUI
Hošek, Roman ; Malý, Jan (referee) ; Janovič, Filip (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with a design and implementation of a web application aimed at Apache server configuration. It analyses the question of configuration and its possible solutions. The PHP scripting language with the data storage in MySQL database was chosen for the final application. Linux distribution Debian serves as the host system. The thesis contains descriptions of applied components features and it is particularly focused on the question of virtual hosts. It also includes an installation and application manipulation guide . The vadmin system maintains an easy creation of virtual hosts adjustment just by the help of a web browser.
Changes in the fluvial valley network at NW Šumava foothills
Hošek, Roman ; Hartvich, Filip (advisor) ; Borská, Jana (referee)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the processes causing the changes of the river network. Among the most important processes are tectonics, landslides, headward and lateral erosion, anthropogenic activities, lithology of a stream bed, changes of the erosion base and climate, as a factor influencing the morphology of valleys. The information from the literature search is applied on finding potential valley network changes localities based on indicators of changes of the river network, which were analysed in the GIS environment. Each potential locality was chosen for a presence of an indicator, which may signify changes of the river network: sudden direction changes of a stream, wind gap, streams which flow through topographic barrier, captured stream. The main criterion for finding potential localities was elevation above the valley-floor interpolated surface, where low values indicate low water divide between valleys. These selected localities were compared with the position of the anomalies on the longitudinal profiles of the rivers. The longitudinal profiles with sudden changes of inclination (knickpoint) indicate possible changes of the river network. Key words: changes of the river network, headward erosion, lateral erosion, river piracy, landslides, tectonics, anthropogenic activities, Šumava...
