Importance of Introduction of System Approach to Quality Control in Education

The author of this Paper deals with the issue of the system approach to the quality control in education. In the contemporary market environment, school is an organization which should strive permanently for the improvement of its services. One of the possibilities is the establishment of the process of the permanent improvement through the application of some of the standardized models of the control and assessment of the quality. The Paper is aimed at the assessment of the contribution of the application of the CAF model for the self-evaluation and permanent improvement of the school. The Paper includes an assessment of a questionnaire survey, and a follow up analysis of the data obtained - to what extent the headmasters of schools know the standardized models (CAF, EFQM, ISO), or apply some of them in practice. The exploitability of the Final Bachelor Paper in the school practice: verification of the setting up of the vision and mission of the school, enhancement of the performance and the quality of work, preparing an action plan of improvement, self-evaluation of the school, benchmarking.
