Possibilities of disabled people to participate on labor market in selected region

Thesis on "Options for people with disabilities in the labor market in selected region" is focused on the employment issue of health disadvantaged people. The theoretical part defines persons with disabilities (PWD), is characterized by different types of disabilities and describes important legislative measures and state institutions that deal with the application of persons with disabilities in the labor market in the Czech Republic. Thesis is based on the study of scientific literature and it has the shape of literary research. The practical part is focused on the description of company and organizations in region Nymburk, which employ people with disabilities. The Method of depth individual interview with employers is aimed at finding how many people and with what kind of infliction are working in these firms and organizations. And what they see as the biggest problems in the employment of PWD. Interviews with disabled people focus on the way these people are looking for jobs and how important is for them their current job.
