Vyhodnocení fungování integrovaného nástroje pro rozvoj měst v období 2007-2013 a doporučení pro období 2014+
Hora, Ondřej
This diploma thesis deals with forthcoming integrated instruments designed for 2014-2020 programming period and also with evaluation of the Integrated city development plan operation, as an integrated instrument used in 2007-2013 programming period. In theoretical part author focuses on basic prerequisites for using new integrated instru-ments, especially on the upcoming instrument Integrated territory development plan, as well as on major differences compared to the past programming period. In practical part of this thesis were determined methodical recommendations for the Integrated territory development plan, which are based on knowledge of the Integrated city development plan project processing analysis, so the proper and effective using of the European structural and investment funds could be assured in 2014-2020 programming period.

The analyse of cattle breeding in an enterprise - case study
HORA, Ondřej
This work deals with an analysis of breeding cattle in the agricultural cooperative Agra Březnice u Bechyně. Data on milk production and reproduction was obtained from records of performance tests and livestock records. The results of performance and reproduction in the years 2010 to 2012 shows that the monitored breeding achieved when compared to the average population of Czech Pied cattle bred in the Czech Republic, above-average values. The efficiency of milk production in the reporting period increased by an average of 394 kg. Milk composition is at the population level. The fat content was in the period, on average, 0.02% lower and the protein content was about 0.01% lower than the values of the population in the Czech Republic. The reproduction of purebred breeding is used in a closed herd turnover. The reproductive performance achieves significantly less value than the population average length of service period. The other reproductive indicators, with the exception of insemination index reached in the period better values than the average of these values achieved in the Czech Republic. The results showed that the most common reason for withdrawal from dairy herds are problems with disease of the legs and udder disease. These problems need to be addressed in the short term better approach to monitoring and prevention in the long term appears to be the most important completion of a new barn. The breeding value of bulls used in reproduction was satisfactory level.
Analysis of selected effects on milk production and fertility in the Czech Pied cattle herd
HORA, Ondřej
The fertility and milk yield are many factors. Generally, these factors can be divided into external and internal. Regarding external factors, including, for example, nutrition, the level of breeding, breeding technology, mobility and the human factor. The most important internal factor is the individual's genetic makeup, heritability and breeding value of parents. The aim was to assess the level of milk production and reproduction of selected Czech Pied cattle herd. The data were evaluated in 3 of lactation in the period 2007-2010. Follow-up was a group of Czech Pied dairy cattle on 190 pieces. File cows were divided according to lactation, the cows at 1, 2 and 3.laktacions. The reference group of cows were subdivided according to the genetic contribution to C1 and C2. The C1 were still separated dairy herd subgroups C100. Furthermore, the observed group of dairy cows as a separate group of fathers. Chosen were 3 bulls whose daughters were in the study group, the highest proportion, the threshold was set at 15 daughters. In the monitored group did not demonstrate the influence of breeding value of the fathers of the fathers upon the subsequent performance of daughters. These results may be distorted by a small number of daughters in the sample. The highest milk production showed a C2 for all lactations. This group had the highest proportion of genetic dairy breeds. This group had the highest performance at the 3rd lactation (6793.13 kg). Has been shown to influence the genetic contribution to individual reproductive performance. The shortest SP was the first lactation group C100 (120.62 days) and the second interim Lactation is also a group C100 (379.58 days). In group C2 with a higher proportion of dairy breeds (A, R), these values were lower (141.29 days and 426.39 days). The observed results of performance tests show that a group of dairy cows of Czech Pied cattle (C100) has, for the period of below average values of milk yield (6188 kg), compared with average values of milk yield of the Czech Spotted breed in the Czech Republic. Also, reproductive performance observed in animals showed below-average performance in comparison with the average of the Czech Spotted breed in the country. The cows were monitored groups revealed a significant difference in fertility problems. It was found that the most common reason for exclusion breeding cows were fertility disorders (71.9%) and other medical reasons (22.1%). The observed density was the mean longevity. C100 group had an average calving 3.07, then 3.58 C2 calving
Guarantee Valuation
Hora, Ondřej ; Marek, Petr (advisor) ; Brabenec, Tomáš (referee)
Thesis on topic "Guarantee Valuation" aims to describe methods of valuing a guarantee. In first part of the document the guarantees, guarantee transaction structure and factors affecting the value of guarantees are defined. The second part describes four methods of guarantee valuation. In the last practical part, selected methods are used to estimate the value of a hypothetic guarantee. Emphasis is also put on the related topics as tax impacts of guarantees and special situations. Rating methodologies are used to estimate the risk of the borrower.
