Vliv fytogenního krmného aditiva na užitkové parametry u drůbeže
HOMOLKOVÁ, Eva
The aim of this diploma thesis was to verify the effectiveness of phytogenic additives in utility parameters of poultry. The experimental study was conducted at the research station of the company Delacon Research Station PNRC s.r.o. in Stošíkovice on Louce. The experiment was carried out with little roosters hybrids ROSS 308. The fattening took 42 days and the three-phase feeding BR 1, BR 2 BR 3 was applied. Phytogenic additives were added to all kinds of feed mixtures. Given that this is a primary research of a private company, it is not known the exact structure of the used additives, which the company protects as its know-how. Additives were based on saponins in combination with other substances of phytogenic origin. During the process of fattening, the utility parameters of the experimental groups were monitored, which were then compared to the control group.Experimental groups showed a positive effect in several utility parameters at particular periods, statistically conclusive positive results were obtained only in the feed conversion in one experimental group during the 29th - 42nd day of fattening and in three experimental groups in whole fattening evaluation from 1. - 42nd day.

The topic of his thesis Risk factors for prostate cancer I chose , because the incidence and mortality of the male population on this disease increases. According to the data listed in the National Cancer Registry The 2003 incidence of prostate cancer from 1970 to 2003 increased from 17.7 / 100,000 population to 75/100000 population ( ie an increase of 1.74 / 100,000 new diagnosed per year). Along with the upward trend in incidence and mortality this neoplasm . That since 1970, rising from 14/100000 inhabitants dead 29.3 / 100,000 population of deaths in 2003 ( an increase of 0.46 / 100,000 deaths per year). ( Figure 2 , 3) In 2003, prostate cancer was diagnosed in 3728 men ( tj.11 % of all reported neoplasms ) . A higher number of reports was only in tumors of the skin (without malignant melanoma ) and tumors of the lungs and bronchi . Prostate cancer and even than even colon cancer (8 %). When comparing the frequency of deaths neoplasms of the male population , prostate cancer stands second jointly colon cancer (each 9%). SURPASS is a neoplasm of bronchus and lung (27 % of deaths from neoplasms) . ( Figure 4 , 5) Prostate cancer is forty years practically non-existent , but then its incidence increases dramatically to between seventy and seventy fourth year reaches its maximum. (Figure 1 ) An important...
Měření a vyhodnocení přírůstků zvířat a produkce emisních plynů ve vybraném provozu s chovem drůbeže při využití fytoaditiv v krmivu
HOMOLKOVÁ, Eva
Agriculture is a sector whose activities significantly affect all components of the environment. Intensive livestock production produces a large amount of harmful waste substances that have a negative impact on the individual components of the environment. The aim of this work is to measure and evaluate the impact of phytogenic additives in the production of emission gases in poultry farming by using the device INNOVA 1412. The measurement was carried out in the research center of the company DELACON Biotechnik CR, Stošíkovice na Louce.
