CHANGES OF FUNCTIONAL USE SHORE OF ORLICKÁ BARRIER FOCUSING ON RECREATIONAL FUNCTION Abstract The aim of this study is to assess changes in functional use of the shore Orlická barrier in more than fifty-year history this technical bouilding. Orlická barrier holds many functions, for example in energy and control of flows to the river system. A secondary effect is the concentration of tourism and recreation on the banks. In this work, the focus is on analysis recreational function. Other analyse functions are economic function, transport, residential and servises. Of the result of dam construction in the 60s and political changes, there were changes in the functional recovery destination. Currently Orlicko faces many problems that have a negative effect on the influx of visitors and tourists. Apart from analyzing the functional use of the area is part of this paper analysis of structured interviews with mayors, representatives of recreational centers and other actors in the area. Creation a draft plan of care for the site Kuřský hill in the Novohradské mountains

The goal of this thesis is to create a draft plan of care for the site Kuřský hill in the Novohradské mountains. The area of Novohradské mountains has beautiful and well preserved natural value. Since 2000, this area is a part of national park. Kuřský hill is located south of the Benešov nad Černou, near the village Kuří. The first part is devoted to physical and geographical characteristics of the territory Novohradské mountains focusing on Kuřský hill. The following topics are described: geology, geomorphology, climate, hydrology, pedology, biogeography and nature preservation. The second part contains a draft plan for the locality Kuřský hill in Novohradské mountains according to applicable laws and regulations that regulate the plan of care. The subjects that the protection and preservation applies to are cryogenic mesoforms resulting from frost activities, which are located on the top part of the Kuřský hill. This thesis includes tables, maps created in ArcGIS 10.2.1. and photographs, which were acquired by the author during the field survey of locality.
