The subject of this thesis is risk management in construction companies. The theoretical part describes the origin and definition of risk, risk classification, sources and methods of risk management and risk reduction. The practical part is focused on a particular contract, in the particular construction company. This project presents a practical approach and risk management solutions with suggestions for preventive measures to eliminate risk factors.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the influence of the housing sector in the creation of greenhouse gases. The theoretical part of the recommended proposals to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the residential sector and a description of the environmental impacts of buildings in various phases of the life cycle in terms of greenhouse gas emissions. The practical part deals with projects that have been implemented or planned under the auspices of the world organization Ecocity.

Insolvency of members of a group of companies

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the newly adopted European Regulation (EU) No. 2015/848 as of 20 May 2015 on Insolvency Proceedings (the "Regulation") that shall enter into force in June 2017, especially as regards cross-border insolvency of group of companies. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the background of European legislation in the field of international private law and concentrates especially on pieces of legislation regu-lating the insolvency proceedings. The thesis analyses the reasons for general recast of the regulation as well as reasons for extension of the scope of the regulation by the rules for cross-border insolvency of group of companies. The practical part consists of a simulation of cross-border insolvency proceedings where a group of companies is concerned. It also contains template documents and charts for the use of insolvency courts and insolvency trustees.

Hippoterapy - focus on preschool and younger school age

Bachelor thesis deals with hippotherapy. It is divided into three parts and the theoretical, practical, and the last part is the Annex. In the theoretical part I try to explain the concept of hippotherapy, pedagogical - psychological riding and sport riding handicapped. It is also concerned with the use of hippotherapy, selecting and training horses organization in hippotherapy, a center where they can meet it, and how such a center should look, the team and bring examples of diseases for which hippotherapy uses. In the practical part we compare center in the South Bohemian region, their skills, attendance and by visits and interviews trying to find out how to work with handicapped people and how they operate hippotherapy. The last part is devoted to annexes.
