Design Process Management of the Order in the Selected Organization

This thesis focuses on the analysis of process management of a contract in a selected organization. The aim of the thesis is to reveal the shortcomings and weaknesses in the process of order execution from the customer's enquiry to the actual handover of the order to the client and thus to propose improvements to the existing management. The practical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the current situation and the weaknesses are analyzed using the FMEA method, which serves as a basis for proposing solutions. The proposed measures focus on the development of work procedures and satisfaction questionnaire, the employment of a new employee, the introduction of a time schedule and the use of the Trello tool for job scheduling. These steps should lead to meeting delivery deadlines and increasing customer satisfaction.

This bachelor thesis deals with the study of order processing in the company OK Trust s.r.o., which focuses on financial counselling for both natural and legal persons. Considering my long-term practice in this company I have gained a sufficient amount of information about its activities and methods of overall order processing, which means I can analyse the current state of a particular order for a client. On the ground of results from such an analysis I will be able to evaluate as well as suggest some new steps for improvement and simplification of the overall order processing.
